Ahwatukee Foothills — Previous Project
A complete 2022 remodel transforming this Ahwatukee home into a polished short-term rental. The design centers on an open-plan living and kitchen space with vaulted ceilings, a built-in bar with wine fridge, and custom roll-down shades throughout. The outdoor space was reimagined with new astroturf, pavers, and a louvered pergola over an extended patio — creating an outdoor living room that photographs and performs.

A remodeled 12th-floor condo in one of Phoenix's most walkable Biltmore addresses. The design leans into bright, airy finishes and a sense of calm — marble kitchen details, hardwood floors, panoramic East Valley views, and a primary suite with patio access. Built for guests who want a hotel experience with a home's character. Walkable to Biltmore Fashion Square, Whole Foods, fitness, and dining.
Dallas, TX
Dallas, TX — Furnished Long-Term / Short-Term Rental
A complete exterior-to-interior transformation of a Dallas single-family home. The exterior was repainted matte black with custom wood double entry doors and floor-to-ceiling black-framed windows — immediately setting it apart on the street. Inside, the open floorplan was reimagined with a dramatic black shiplap accent wall, herringbone fireplace surround, wide-plank white oak flooring, and a chef's kitchen anchored by a checkered marble floor, custom black island, and professional-grade range. The primary suite features a spa bath with nero marquina marble, soaking tub, and brushed gold fixtures throughout.
